What is Mediquik Enterprise?

Mediquik Enterprise is a 24 X 7 medical helpline for small enterprise. It allows employees or customers of the establishment to call to consult an MBBS Doctor Free of cost through a designated number only.

How can one access Mediquik Service?

Mediquik service can be availed through by just making a simple call from your designated number to a dedicated Mediquik helpline number. Once you make a call, Your request will be registered automatically by selecting appropriate service. Our service team will call back to collect patient details and after that they will arrange a call with the doctor. Any Employee or customers can use this service.

Upto how Many employees can be covered under one Mediquik License?

Upto 20 Employees are covered under one Mediquik License.

Can we use any other telephone number instead of the designated number?

The plan is designed to auto-authenticate the incoming call and hence the service will not be available if called from any other unregistered number.

What kind of number we can use as designated number?

One can use either a mobile number or a landline number for such helpline. Ideally a number which is available for all employees to use at place of business.

What if we want to allow all employees to be able to access helpline from their own Telephone number?

If you want to offer individual access to employees for such helpline then you can consider Mediquik Individual plan where an individual can access such helpline from their own phone 24 X 7

What will be the mode of doctor consultation?

The Doctor will initiate consultation through audio mode and if required can arrange a video consultation. Also the patient if so desires can request a video consultation when customer service person calls for the details.

Will doctor provide prescription?

Yes Post consultation when the notes are finalized. The notification contains a link to download the Visit Summary with prescription details.

How does my organization use MediQuik if my employees are working from home?

Mediquik Enterprise is not a good fit if the employees are working remotely and do not have access to registered phone number. We recommend Mediquik Individual Plan for such requirements.

Can only one person consult from one account at a time? How will my employees know if they are working remote?

Yes, only one consultation can happen at any given instance. Mediquik Plan is modelled as a hub/kiosk; hence the employee needs to have access to the registered phone number which cannot happen if the employee is working remotely

Will the doctors call back immediately when we book a consult?

The Doctor will call back within 30 Minutes from the time the request is placed.

Does an appointment confirmation message come immediately after placing a request?

Yes, the SMS notification is triggered immediately once the appointment is confirmed; however, the receipt of SMS depends on various factors mentioned below.

1) Network coverage

2) DND status

How do I get connected to doctor during emergency situations?

This is non-emergency service and we request you to call ambulance and visit nearby hospital at the earliest in case of emergency.

What measures are taken for the protection of user data security and privacy?

The application and system are HIPAA compliant and does not allow any unauthorized use or access to data.
